PREMISES

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of the products on the website www.italienskmatochtryffel.se owned by the company ITALIAN FOOD OCH TRUFFEL GOTHENBURG AB.

 

Before the order is confirmed, the customer must validate the option "I accept the general conditions of sale". This will automatically result in confirmation and acceptance of all clauses included in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer must therefore comply with these sales conditions and the company ITALIENSK MAT OCH TRYFFEL GOTHENBURG AB will not be bound in any way by other agreements unless it has previously been agreed and signed by both parties.

 

PRICES

All prices stated on the website must include VAT and EXCLUSIVE shipping costs which will be stated in SEK.

The company ITALIAN FOOD OCH TRYFFEL GOTHENBURG AB reserves the right to change the prices of the products and shipments at any time.

 

ORDERING

The products are selected through the website, the customer is responsible for having selected the completed products. The images are indicative and not binding.

The customer is responsible for their filled-in information and for any filling errors. In this case, the ITALIAN FOOD AND TRUFFLE company is not responsible for any errors in the information required for the shipment (eg street, postal code, city, etc.).

 

BILLING

The invoice is sent to the customer who requested it via e-mail.

If the customer wishes to have the invoice addressed to a third party, this must be stated in the order and/or via e-mail toinfo@Italienskmatochtryffel.se

 

 

DELIVERIES

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. In the event that the delivery address is different from the billing address, the customer is obliged to clearly indicate the two different addresses, to avoid delivery errors.

 

WHAT TO DO ON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

When the courier delivers the product, the customer must check the integrity of the package, that it is neither wet nor damaged, i.e. conforms to the characteristics of a standard package.

Proceed to open the package and check that all items are intact.

After this, store all products in the lowest part of the refrigerator to maintain optimal preservation.

 

RETURN AND REFUND OF GOODS

ITALIAN FOOD AND TRUFFLES the company reserves the right not to accept the return of products that do not exactly correspond to what was sent and identified by the transport document and the order confirmation.

All products that are fresh, such as truffles or caviar, if not usable, must be justified with appropriate images to justify the refund.
